		<description>It was actually quite a lot of liquid that was reserved in the foil packet - at least a cup, maybe more like 2. I was surprised, but glad that it hadn&#039;t all dissapeared as it would have without the packet. The other tangential benefit was that I had an easy source of beautiful tasting juice to add to the sauce.</description>
